Primal Kyogre gijinka

Figured I'd give a humanized kyogre another go. He's not as human as Roy (my former Kyogre gijinka) but I'm really happy that I ended up not making him look like a clown- a luchadore maybe, but not a clown.

I've seen a whole lot more female/feminine kyogres than I have male ones, but I haven't seen any portly/chubby kyogres yet, so I made one.
