Spyro- All Grown Up by Mariannefosho Spyro- All Grown Up by Mariannefosho
A picture of Spyro as an adult as portrayed in the back of the first game's manual, as well as my personal guess as to what he would look like as an adult in the new game using Ignitus as a reference rather than Malefor- the reason is a little complicated and involves stupid observations xD

...I also gave both Spyros the beehive tail tip instead of the feather tip because I think you can't have a real Spyro without it.

Spyro and original design (c) Insomniac, other design is mine

Comments appreciated, thank you

Did you know Ignitus is a Peace Keepers dragon?
Spyro's mother, however, will probably never be explained, so I came up with something.
She was a blue ice dragoness named Blizzetta who was a descendant of an aristocratic Dream Weaver family. She first met Ignitus when she was assigned to cure his string of nightmares while he was training in the Peace Keepers' Guard. She eventually got so used to seeing him that the two eventually fell in love, and it all went on from there. When the palace was attacked by Malefor, Ignitus snuck Spyro's egg off to the swampland where he entrusted it with his former dragonfly partner, Flare. The old dragonfly raised Spyro along with his own son, Sparx. To this day, Blizzetta's whereabouts are still unknown, although her death was never recorded according to the Chronicler.

yeah, it's a little human-ish, but all the dragons became bipedal when they grew up, he still is built like a dragon, one way or another.

Well it's still to humanic for me and spyro when he charges he has his head exactly all the way down onto his chest so how can he see?

I guess he looks off to one side, lol. It probably wasn't thought about, as long as the player can see where they're going it wasn't a big deal to Insomniac.

Perhaps it's something they simply overlooked.

Well it's impossible to go from four legs to two in such a short time like he starts going on two feet when he's 14-18 that's impossible cause we start when we're like what 2 3? And u play as spyro when he's like 8?

well dragons live a very long time, even in the Spyro universe. I wager they start out on four legs, and as they grow older their lower half becomes stronger and heavier than their upper half. I believe in the idle animations in the first game (or the first three) Spyro stands up on his hind legs and looks around.
